Dr. Franckle’s Notes: This patient has significant breast ptosis with loss of almost all breast volume after massive weight loss. Her lift required an incision from nipple complex to fold to achieve desired nipple position. A silicone implant choice was important due to her lack of breast tissue coverage. Her result is a fuller enhanced look which made her very happy.
