Breast Lift with Silicone Augmentation
Height: 5’9″ Weight: 165
Pre-op Bra Size: 36B
Procedure: Breast Augmentation Mastopexy with smooth round mid-profile silicone gel-filled breast implants
Right Implant: 375 cc
Left Implant: 375 cc
Approach: Peri-areolar approach with right constricted pole release, removal 125 grams tissue left breast. Implants placed in sub-pectoral position.
New Bra Size: 36D
Dr. Franckle’s Notes: This patient had a larger left breast. She also had a tightness of the lower right breast. I modified the right breast lower pole constriction and lowered her high inframammary fold. The left required removal of breast tissue on the lateral side to achieve symmetry.
